FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs) 1. I like to emigrate to Canada, what does it take? The commencement of the Canadian immigration process begins with our initial assessment to determine your chances of success. This enables us to determine your eligibility to emigrate to Canada under the various categories. We will provide you with the results of your assessment and provide you with our analysis of each category under which you qualify and provide our opinion on the way forward. Upon your review of our opinion, we are open to further questions that you may have to enable you to make an informed decision. We will request your e-mail address to enable us to send you the immigration pre-assessment questionnaire that you need to complete in full with the required details and then return it to us as soon as possible to commence the process. Our assessment, immigration opinion and consultation are charge currently at $220.35 Canadian dollars for prospective immigrants. However, we provide a free 30 minute consultation in most instances.
When we receive our consultation fee payment and the completed pre-assessment forms, we will assess you, offer you our immigration opinion, and thereafter arrange a telephone call to you. After this process, you will provide us with your written instructions if you want to move forward with your application. If you need further clarification on this initial process, you may reach us at our email info@lawyeringprofessionals.com, or by calling directly at +1 (204) 430 1191 or +1 (416) 294-2989.
2. How long does it take to process the immigration application? There is no guarantee of specific processing times by the Immigration, Refugee, Citizenship Canada (IRCC) because it depends on various factors and individual circumstances. However, the processing time may range from 1 month following submission to 2 years or more depending on the chosen option.
3. How much would it cost me to process an application? With many category options available, it is important to note that there are varying legal fees and government processing fees. What you would pay depends on the choice you make at the time of the application. The Canadian government application fees are subject to change without notice.
4. What are the options available to me? There are two main options. The first option is to proceed with the application on your own if you have sufficient information to get started. The second option is to retain our services for a fee. Our retainer fee will be discussed at the consultation stage if you decide to retain us and provide us with your written instructions to represent you.
